All clients will be required to provide a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to 50% of your scheduled service charged to credit card on file.

Cancellations or No-Show made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to 100% of your scheduled service charged to credit card on file.

Policy

My goal is to provide quality services to all clients. No-shows, cancellations and late arrivals not only inconvenience me, but other clients as well. While I understand that unexpected things may occur I ask that any changes be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
